Custom Wedding Albums

Your photographer may have done exactly what you hired them to do: photograph the day. Album design and detailed retouching are separate specialties, and not every photographer chooses to offer them at the same level. If you already have wedding or event photographs you love but want something more individualized than a standard album template, I can work with the images you already have and design the finished album around them.

Instead of dropping dozens of photographs into an automated layout, I design each spread with the photographs and the overall story in mind. That can mean extending backgrounds so an image can run cleanly across a page, retouching individual photographs by hand, balancing color and tone between neighboring images, and controlling the pacing from beginning to end. The goal is not to replace the photographer’s work. It is to give the final presentation the attention of a graphic designer and photo retoucher.

For many clients, the album supplied by their photographer is exactly what they need. For others, the photographs deserve a more customized presentation. With decades of experience in graphic design, photo retouching and photographic production, I can take the existing files and build an album that feels specific to the people and the event rather than designed around a stock template.
